Who Needs H1B Visas?

We at Harrier welcome the restrictions on H1B (work)visas by the US administration because we believe it will be in the interest of all concerned and the environment. With the technologies available today, it is just inefficient and expensive to travel half the way across the globe to work on an IT project (the biggest reason for availing H1B visas). It takes months to get a H1B visa with all the processes and paperwork required.
If at all a meeting in person is required between the parties for a few days/weeks to build confidence and to understand the requirements, a B1/B2 visa takes care of the requirement.
